Welcome to 2 OVER 3 Logistics Ltd. By using our delivery, courier, and procurement services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Terms of Service
1.1 Prohibited Items
For the safety of our riders and compliance with Nigerian law, we strictly do not transport:
- Illegal drugs or narcotics.
- Weapons, explosives, or ammunition.
- Stolen goods or contraband.
- Human remains or live animals (unless specified in special contract).
- Highly flammable or toxic substances without prior declaration.
1.2 Delivery & Timelines
While we strive for speed ("Speed" is a core value), delivery times are estimates. 2 OVER 3 Logistics is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, police checkpoints, or incorrect address details provided by the client.
1.3 Liability & Insurance
We handle every package with care ("Secure Handling"). However:
- Our liability for lost or damaged items is limited to the cost of delivery unless a higher value is declared and insurance is purchased prior to dispatch.
- Fragile items (glass, electronics, art) must be adequately packaged by the sender. We are not liable for damage due to poor packaging.
1.4 Cancellations & Refunds
If a rider has already arrived at the pickup location, a cancellation fee may apply. Refunds are processed only for services not rendered due to our own operational failure.
2. Privacy Policy
2.1 Information We Collect
To process your deliveries, we collect:
- Name, Phone Number, and Address of Senders and Receivers.
- Package details.
2.2 How We Use Your Data
Your data is used strictly for:
- Completing the pickup and delivery.
- Sending you status updates via Phone or WhatsApp.
- Internal record keeping.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
